For physical gift cards (collected in the centre or delivered to your home):
Scan the QR code on the back of the gift card with your phone camera — your current balance and activation date will be displayed.
If you do not have a phone with a camera, please visit the Customer Service Desk for assistance.
If you have multiple Fisketorvet gift cards and would like to combine the balances — this is possible.
Simply visit the Customer Service Desk.
This depends on how the gift card was received:
Digital gift cards (received via email or SMS) must be activated at the Customer Service Desk within 6 months of purchase. The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of collection at the Customer Service Desk.
Gift cards purchased at the Customer Service Desk are valid immediately — no further steps are required.
*If the gift card is not activated within this time, the balance will be lost and cannot be refunded.
The Fisketorvet gift card is accepted at most participating stores and restaurants.
