Responsibilities
As Team Leader, you coach and manage a team of 3–8 colleagues and ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
You maintain an overview and work alongside your team on the floor or in the kitchen.
You are a rock and a source of information for your colleagues, even on days when the workload and visitor peaks are high.
In the absence of the assistant branch manager, you are operationally responsible and are the first point of contact for the entire team.
Required skills
Experience in leisure and/or hospitality is a plus, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, or catering is an advantage;
• You are hospitable and have an eye for service and quality;
• You are available 24 to 40 hours per week;
• Preferably on Wednesdays and Fridays and one day at the weekend.
