Facilities for persons with disabilities

We have made sure that our centre is comprehensively adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. This is confirmed by the "Obiekt bez barier" certificate, which Wroclavia received from the Integracja Foundation.

What makes us accessible to people with disabilities:

• "Migam" service at the centre's reception, i.e. an immediate video connection with a sign language interpreter,
• 38 specially marked parking spaces,
• possibility of renting a wheelchair at the centre's reception and receiving assistance in moving around the facility,
• a guide to Wroclavia in Braille available at the centre's reception,
• TOTUPOINT navigation and information system, which helps blind and visually impaired people move around in public spaces,
• a system for calling for help installed in toilets,
• simple communication system, wide spaces, comfortable entrances and surrounding surfaces,
• contrasting markings on doors,
• training of the centre's staff in the field of supporting people with disabilities.
